50% deposit before production, 50% balance before delivery.

Absolutely. Our production lines are equipped with an ERP quality management system. Each product undergoes a 100% inspection before packaging, followed by a QC random inspection prior to delivery. All products adhere to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Free samples are available for standard items. For customized products, we may offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a formal specification contract with you before production begins.

Upon starting mass production, we provide proofing samples for your approval and proceed according to the approved specifications.
