2. How to order?
If you don’t find a style that suits your needs, please email or WhatsApp us your usage scenario or event details. We will send you a product album tailored to your requirements and discuss product quantity and usage dates. Our foreign trade business manager will contact you within 1 hour to offer professional advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. All production lines are equipped with an ERP quality management system. Our employees adhere to the system's standards to ensure product consistency. We conduct 100% inspections before packaging and random QC inspections before delivery. All products are shipped in accordance with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free of charge. For customized products, we offer free proofing or exemption from mold fees based on the quantity of the order.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We sign a formal specification contract with you before beginning production.

Once mass production starts, we provide a proofing sample for your approval and proceed according to the sample's production process.
