3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Our production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Each product undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure uniformity, including a 100% check before packaging and random QC inspections prior to delivery. All shipments comply with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Certainly. We support sample orders. Spot samples are free of charge, and for customized products, we may offer free proofing or waive mold fees depending on the quantity ordered.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
Before commencing production, we will sign a formal specification contract with you.

Upon starting mass production, we provide a proofing sample for your approval and proceed according to the accepted sample's production process.
