3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

Absolutely. Our production lines utilize an ERP quality management system. Every product undergoes 100% inspection before packaging, and our QC team performs random checks before delivery to meet Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. We offer free spot samples, and for customized products, we may provide free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
