2. How to order?

3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production starts and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. We offer free spot samples, and for customized products, we can provide free proofing or waive mold fees based on the ordered quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We ensure customer protection by signing a formal specification contract before production commences.
Additionally, we provide various reliable payment methods for your convenience.
Once mass production begins, we will supply a proofing sample for your approval, ensuring production adheres to the approved sample's process.
Typically, pre-payment is required as it allows us to procure raw materials, configure production lines, and allocate necessary resources to meet your order's demands. This ensures timely commencement and accurate delivery schedules.
