If you don't find a design that suits your needs, contact us via email or WhatsApp to describe your use scenario. We'll send you a product album tailored to your requirements. Provide the product quantity and usage date, and our foreign trade manager will reach out within an hour with professional advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Our production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Employees adhere to system-set standards to ensure product consistency. There is a 100% inspection before packaging, followed by QC random checks before delivery. All shipments comply with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free of charge. For customized products, we offer free proofing or mold fee exemption based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
Before beginning production, we will formalize a detailed specification contract with you.
Multiple reliable payment methods will be provided.
During mass production, a proofing sample will be provided for your approval. Production will then follow this approved sample's processes.
