We will send you a curated product album that aligns with your requirements. 3. What Are Your Terms of Payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production begins and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

Yes, we support sample orders. For spot samples, we provide them free of charge. For customized products, we offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. How Do You Ensure Customer Protection When Payment is Made in Advance? What if the Shipped Product is Incorrect or of Poor Quality?
Before production commences, we formalize a detailed specification contract with you.
We also offer several reliable payment methods for your convenience.
Upon starting mass production, we’ll provide a proofing sample for your approval, ensuring the final product adheres to the accepted sample’s standards.
Typically, we require prepayment to purchase raw materials, configure production lines, and allocate other necessary resources. This protocol ensures timely manufacturing and accurate delivery schedules.
Should you receive a faulty or substandard product, we will take the following steps to resolve the issue:
