3. What Are Your Terms of Payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% before delivery.

Absolutely. Our production lines are equipped with an ERP quality management system, ensuring that all employees follow standardized procedures to maintain product consistency. Each item undergoes 100% inspection before packaging, followed by a QC random inspection before shipment. All products adhere to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can You Accept Sample Orders?
Yes, we do support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free of charge. For customized products, we offer complimentary proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer Protection for Prepayments? What If the Shipped Product Is Incorrect or Poorly Made?
We will formalize our agreement with a detailed contract before commencing production.
Additionally, we offer multiple reliable payment methods.
Upon initiating mass production, a proofing sample will be provided for your approval, and production will proceed based on this sample.
Typically, we require prepayment to purchase raw materials, configure production lines, and allocate necessary resources, ensuring timely manufacturing and accurate delivery schedules.
If you receive a faulty or poorly manufactured product, we will take the following measures:
