3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

Yes, we support sample orders. For stocked items, samples are provided free of charge. For custom products, we offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.

We will formalize our agreement with a detailed specification contract before commencing production.
