3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

Yes, we support sample orders. For stocked items, samples are provided free of charge. For custom products, we offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will formalize our agreement with a detailed specification contract before commencing production.

Upon initiating mass production, a proofing sample will be provided for your approval, ensuring adherence to the agreed production standards.
