2. How to order?
If our current selection doesn't meet your needs, kindly share your usage scenario or activity via email or WhatsApp. We will curate a product album tailored to your needs. 3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

We conduct 100% inspections before packaging and additional QC random checks before delivery. Compliance with Factory Standard 2134 is mandatory for all shipments.

6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
