Each product undergoes a 100% inspection pre-packaging and a random QC inspection before delivery. All shipments adhere strictly to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we accommodate sample orders. Spot samples are complimentary, and for customized products, we offer free proofing or exemption from mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will draft and sign a formal specification contract with you before commencing production.
Additionally, we offer several secure payment methods.
Upon initiating mass production, we provide a proofing sample for your approval and adhere strictly to this sample during the production process.
