For in-stock blank products, we only need to assemble and engrave them. The production cycle typically ranges within 2-3 days.

2. How to order?
If our collection lacks a style that suits your needs, please share your intended use scenario via email or WhatsApp. We will promptly send you a curated product album tailored to your requirements. Provide us with the quantity and intended use date of the products, and our foreign trade business manager will reach out within 1 hour with expert advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Each of our production lines is equipped with an ERP quality management system. Our staff adheres to stringent system standards, ensuring product uniformity. We perform 100% inspections before packaging, followed by random QC checks prior to shipment, conforming to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. We provide free spot samples, and for customized products, free proofing or exemption from mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
Before commencing production, we will formalize our agreement with a detailed specification contract.
We offer various secure payment methods to ensure reliability.
Upon starting mass production, we will provide a proofing sample for your approval, following which the actual production will adhere to this approved sample.
Typically, our production processes require prepayment to procure raw materials, set up production lines, and allocate necessary resources, ensuring timely manufacturing and accurate delivery schedules.
If you receive a defective or poorly manufactured product, we will undertake the following actions to address the issue:
Promptly notify our customer after-sales team about the issue along with relevant details. They will reach out to understand the situation and propose a solution.
