3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

Absolutely, each production line is integrated with an ERP quality management system. Production is carried out according to stringent system standards, ensuring product consistency. A 100% inspection is conducted before packaging, with additional random QC checks before shipment, all aligned with Factory Standard 2134.

Yes, we support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free, and for customized products, we offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
