For in-stock blank products, we simply assemble and engrave them. This generally takes 2-3 days for production.

2. How to order?
If our current offerings don't meet your preference, please share your usage scenario via email or WhatsApp. We will provide a tailored product album for you to choose from. Inform us of the product quantity and desired use date, and our foreign trade manager will reach out within 1 hour to offer expert advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance prior to delivery.

5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Standard samples are provided free of charge. For customized products, we offer free proofing or exemption from mold fees, depending on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We ensure customer protection by signing a formal specification contract before production begins.
Additionally, we offer multiple reliable payment methods for your convenience.
Before mass production, a proofing sample will be provided for your approval, ensuring alignment with your expectations.
Pre-payment is generally required to purchase raw materials, configure production lines, and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring timely manufacturing and accurate delivery dates.
If you receive a faulty or poorly manufactured product, we will take the following steps to resolve the issue:
