3. What are your terms of payment?
50% deposit before production, 50% balance before delivery.

5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free of charge. For customized products, we offer free proofing or exemption from mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a formal specification contract before starting production.

During mass production, a proofing sample will be provided for your acceptance. We will then proceed according to the sample's production process.
