3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production begins and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

Before packaging, we conduct a 100% inspection, followed by a random QC inspection before shipment. All products are dispatched in accordance with Factory Standard 2134.

Yes, we do support sample orders. While spot samples are provided free of charge, customized samples may also be offered free of proofing fees or mold charges, depending on the order volume.
