3. What are your terms of payment?
A 50% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 50% due before delivery.

6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a detailed contract specification with you before commencing production.

Before mass production, we will provide a sample for your approval and then proceed according to the approved production process.
