If the styles available don't suit your needs, please share your event or usage scenario with us via email or WhatsApp. We will provide a product album tailored to your requirements. 3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?

We conduct 100% inspections before packaging, followed by random QC checks before shipment. All products are dispatched in compliance with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Free spot samples are available. For customized products, we may offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order volume.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will formalize our agreement with a detailed contract before commencing production.
Multiple secure payment methods will be provided for your convenience.
Upon initiating mass production, we will deliver a proofing sample for your approval, ensuring the production follows the sample's specifications.
Typically, our manufacturing process is prepaid to facilitate the purchase of raw materials, production line setup, and allocation of necessary resources. This ensures timely commencement and accurate delivery schedules.
Should there be any faults or substandard quality in the delivered product, we will implement the following resolution steps:
Promptly notify our customer after-sales team with the issue details. They will reach out to understand the problem and devise a solution.
We may request detailed information about the quality issue, including photographs, descriptions, or other relevant evidence, to better assess the problem.
Based on the issue's severity, we will provide solutions as per the contract terms and quality assurance policy, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement.
