2. How to order?
If our current offerings do not include a style you like, please inform us of your usage scenario through email or WhatsApp. We will provide a product album tailored to your needs for you to choose from. 3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production begins and a 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. All production lines are equipped with an ERP quality management system. Employees adhere to system standards to ensure product consistency. We conduct a 100% inspection before packaging, followed by random QC inspections before delivery. All products are shipped in accordance with Factory Standard 2134.

Yes, we support sample orders. For readily available samples, we offer them free of charge. For customized products, we can also provide free proofing or waive mold fees, depending on the quantity ordered by the customer.
