If you don't find a style you like, share your usage scenario and activity details via email or WhatsApp. We'll send you a tailored product album for selection. Inform us of the quantity and intended use date, and our foreign trade manager will contact you within an hour to offer expert advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely, all production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Our team adheres to stringent standards to ensure product consistency, with 100% inspection before packaging and random QC checks before delivery. All shipments comply with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Certainly, we support sample orders. Spot samples are free, while customized products may also qualify for complimentary proofing or waived mold fees based on the order size.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a detailed specification contract with you before initiating production
and offer multiple secure payment methods.
Once mass production begins, we provide a proofing sample for your approval, ensuring subsequent production aligns with this sample.
Our manufacturing processes typically require pre-payment to purchase raw materials, configure production lines, and allocate resources to meet your order. This practice ensures timely manufacturing and precise delivery dates.
Should you receive a faulty or poorly manufactured product, we will take the following steps to resolve the issue:
