3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?

5. Can you accept sample orders?

6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
Before commencing production, we will sign a formal specification contract with you
and offer multiple reliable payment methods.
Once mass production begins, we will provide a proofing sample for your approval, ensuring the final product matches your expectations.
Typically, pre-payment is essential as we need to secure raw materials, configure production lines, and allocate resources to fulfill your order punctually.
If you receive a defective or substandard product, we will undertake the following steps to address the issue:
