3. What Are Your Payment Terms?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

Yes, we support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free of charge. For customized products, we offer free proofing or exemption from mold fees based on the quantity ordered by the customer.
