2. How to order?
If you don't find a suitable style here, simply share your event requirements via email or WhatsApp. We'll send you a tailored product catalog to choose from. Provide us with the quantity needed and your event date, and our foreign trade manager will contact you within an hour to offer expert advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
A 50% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 50% balance due before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely! Our production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. This system ensures that all products are manufactured to consistent standards, with 100% inspection before packaging and random QC checks before shipment. All products adhere to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Free spot samples are available, and for customized products, we offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a formal specification contract with you before starting production
and provide various secure payment methods.
Once mass production begins, a proofing sample will be provided for your approval. Full-scale production will then follow the approved sample's process.
