2. How to order?
If our available styles do not meet your needs, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your use scenario and activity details. We will send a product album tailored to your requirements for you to select from. Additionally, inform us of the product quantity and usage date. Our foreign trade business manager will reach out within 1 hour to provide professional advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. All our production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Our employees adhere to these standards to ensure product consistency. Every product undergoes a 100% inspection before packaging and a QC random inspection before delivery, abiding by Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free of charge. For customized products, we may offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a formal specification contract with you before commencing production.
Additionally, we offer multiple reliable payment methods.
Once mass production begins, we will provide a proofing sample for your approval and proceed according to the agreed production process.
Typically, our processes require pre-payment to cover raw materials, configure production lines, and allocate other resources. This practice ensures timely commencement of manufacturing and adherence to accurate delivery schedules.
Should you receive a faulty or poorly manufactured product, we commit to the following steps:
