2. How to order?
If our styles do not suit your needs, simply describe your event and usage scenario. We will recommend a product album tailored to your requirements. Just inform us of the quantity, size, material, and desired delivery date. Our foreign trade manager will contact you within one hour to provide expert advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Each production line is equipped with an ERP quality management system. Employees adhere to these standards for consistency, ensuring 100% inspection before packaging and random QC checks before shipment. All products comply with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we welcome sample orders. Stock samples are provided free of charge; customers only need to cover the freight cost.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
Before production begins, we will sign a detailed specification contract with you.

During mass production, a proofing sample will be provided for your approval, ensuring the production aligns with the sample.
