For in-stock blank products, only assembly and engraving are required, resulting in a swift production cycle of generally 2-3 days.

2. How to order?
If our available styles do not meet your preferences, share your use scenario or event details via email or WhatsApp. We will send a curated product album tailored to your needs. Upon receiving your product quantity and usage date, our foreign trade manager will connect with you within 1 hour, offering expert advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
A 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely, we utilize an ERP quality management system across all production lines. Production is carried out per system standards to ensure product consistency. Every item undergoes a 100% inspection prior to packaging and an additional random QC inspection before shipment. All products comply with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we offer sample orders. Spot samples are complimentary. For custom products, we provide free proofing or waive mold fees depending on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We establish a formal specification contract with you before commencing production.

Upon initiating mass production, we provide a sample for your approval and proceed according to the sample's production process.
