2. How to Place an Order?
If you don't find a style that suits your needs, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your scenario details. We will send you a tailored product album for your selection. 3. What are your payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit before production starts and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

5. Do you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free of charge. For customized products, free proofing or mold fee exemptions are available based on the order quantity.

We establish a formal contract with detailed specifications before production begins,

During mass production, we provide a sample for your approval and adhere strictly to the approved production process.
