3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production starts and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

Each item undergoes 100% inspection before packaging, and a final QC random inspection before delivery. Shipments comply with Factory Standard 2134.

Yes, we welcome sample orders. Stock samples are provided free of charge, with customers covering the freight cost.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?

During mass production, we provide proofing samples for your approval and adhere to the sample’s production process.
