3. What are your terms of payment?
50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

We conduct 100% inspections before packaging, with additional random QC inspections before delivery. All shipments comply with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Certainly. We welcome sample orders. Stock samples are free, with customers only needing to cover shipping costs.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
Before production begins, we’ll sign a formal specification contract with you.
We also offer multiple reliable payment methods.
Once mass production starts, we’ll provide a proofing sample for your approval, ensuring adherence to the sample’s production process.
Pre-payment is common in our manufacturing processes as it allows us to purchase raw materials, set up production lines, and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring timely manufacturing and accurate delivery dates.
Should you receive a defective or poorly manufactured product, we will take the following steps to rectify the issue:
Promptly inform our customer after-sales team about the issue along with relevant details. They will contact you quickly to understand the problem and work on a solution.
We may request detailed information such as photographs or descriptions of the product quality issue to better understand its nature and extent.
Based on the severity of the issue, we will provide a solution as per the terms of the contract and our quality assurance policy. Solutions may include a refund, repair, or replacement of the product.
