3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production, with the remaining 50% balance due before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. All production lines are equipped with an ERP quality management system. Production is executed per system standards to ensure product consistency. A 100% inspection is performed before packaging, and QC conducts random checks pre-delivery. All shipments adhere to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we welcome sample orders. Stock samples are provided free of charge; customers only need to cover the freight costs.
