2. How to order?
If our current offerings do not meet your needs, please share your event or usage scenario via email or WhatsApp. We will provide a curated product album tailored to your requirements. Specify the quantity and desired use date, and our foreign trade manager will contact you within 1 hour with expert advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
A 50% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 50% balance due before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Our production lines are equipped with an ERP quality management system, ensuring consistent product standards. Every item undergoes 100% inspection before packaging, followed by random QC checks prior to delivery. All shipments comply with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we offer sample orders. Spot samples are provided free, and for customized products, we may offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will formalize our agreement with a detailed specification contract before production begins.
Additionally, we provide multiple reliable payment methods to ensure your peace of mind.
Upon initiating mass production, we will provide a sample for your approval, ensuring the final product adheres to the agreed standards.
Pre-payment is generally required to facilitate the purchase of raw materials, configuration of production lines, and allocation of resources, ensuring timely commencement and accurate delivery dates.
In the event of receiving a defective or poorly manufactured product, we will take the following steps to resolve the issue:
Promptly notify our customer after-sales team with details of the issue. They will contact you to assess the situation and propose a solution.
We may request detailed information about the defect, including photographs, descriptions, or other relevant evidence to better understand the problem.
