2. How to Place an Order?

3. Payment Terms
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

5. Can You Accept Sample Orders?
Yes, we accommodate sample orders. While spot samples are provided free of charge, we also offer free proofing or exemption from mold fees for customized products based on order quantity.
6. Customer Protection for Prepaid Orders
We will formalize a specification contract before production commences.

Once mass production starts, we will provide a proofing sample for your approval and then proceed according to the approved sample's specifications.
