3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining 50% due before delivery.

Absolutely. Our production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Each product undergoes a 100% inspection before packaging and a QC random inspection before delivery, ensuring consistency and adherence to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free of charge, and we offer complimentary proofing or waive mold fees for customized products based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a formal, detailed contract before beginning production to protect customer interests.

Once mass production commences, a proofing sample will be provided for your approval, followed by manufacturing according to the accepted sample's process.
