2. How to order?
If our current selection doesn't meet your needs, simply share your usage scenario through email or WhatsApp. We'll provide a tailored product album for your consideration and discuss the product quantity and required delivery date. 3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production starts, with the remaining 50% due before delivery.

Absolutely. All our production lines utilize an ERP quality management system. Employees adhere to strictly defined standards to ensure product consistency, with 100% inspection before packaging and random QC inspections before delivery. All shipments comply with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Spot samples are free, and for customized products, we offer free proofing or exemption from mold fees based on the quantity ordered.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will establish a formal specification contract before initiating production.

Upon commencement of mass production, a proofing sample will be provided for your approval, ensuring consistency with your specifications.
