2. How to order?
If our current selection doesn't meet your preferences, please share your usage scenario via email or WhatsApp. We will send you a tailored product album for your selection. Provide us with the desired quantity and usage date, and our foreign trade manager will contact you within an hour to offer professional guidance.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Each production line is integrated with an ERP quality management system. Our staff adhere to these standards, ensuring product consistency. We conduct 100% inspections prior to packaging, with additional random QC checks before delivery. All shipments comply with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we welcome sample orders. We provide free spot samples, and for customized products, we offer free proofing or mold fee waivers based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will enter into a formal specification contract with you before commencing production.
Additionally, we offer multiple secure payment methods.
Upon starting mass production, we will provide a proofing sample for your approval and proceed according to this sample's production process.
Typically, we require prepayment to purchase raw materials, set up production lines, and allocate other necessary resources. This ensures timely commencement and accurate delivery schedules.
If you receive a faulty or poorly manufactured product, we take the following corrective actions:
Notify our customer after-sales team promptly with problem details. They will reach out to understand the specific issue and find a resolution.
