For in-stock blank products, we simply need to assemble and engrave them. The production cycle for these products is typically within 2-3 days.

3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production begins and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Our production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Employees adhere to these standards for product consistency. We conduct 100% inspections before packaging and QC random inspections before delivery, in compliance with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, samples are welcome. Stock samples are free; customers only need to cover the shipping costs.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a formal specification contract with you before commencing production.
Additionally, we provide multiple reliable payment methods.
Upon initiating mass production, we will provide a sample for your approval. Subsequent production will adhere to this approved sample's standards.
Typically, we require pre-payment to purchase raw materials, set up production lines, and allocate necessary resources. This ensures timely manufacturing and accurate delivery dates.
If the product is faulty or poorly made, we will take the following steps:

You will need to provide detailed information about the product issue, such as photos, descriptions, or other relevant evidence to help us diagnose the problem.
Depending on the issue's severity, we will offer a solution per the contract and our quality assurance policy. This might include a refund, repair, or replacement.
