2. How to order?
If our current styles do not meet your needs, please share your event details via email or WhatsApp. We will send you a curated product album tailored to your scenario. Provide us with the quantity and intended use date, and our foreign trade manager will respond within one hour with professional advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
A 50% deposit is required before production, and the remaining 50% balance is due before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. All production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Our employees adhere strictly to system standards to ensure product consistency. We conduct a 100% inspection before packaging and random QC inspections before delivery, all in compliance with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Certainly. We support sample orders. Spot samples are provided free of charge. For customized products, we may offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
Before production begins, we will sign a formal specification contract with you to protect your interests.
We also offer multiple reliable payment methods for your convenience.
Upon commencement of mass production, we will provide a proofing sample for your approval, ensuring that the final products adhere to the approved sample's production process.
Typically, pre-payment is required for our manufacturing processes to cover raw material procurement, production line setup, and resource allocation. This ensures timely production and accurate delivery schedules.
If you receive a product that is faulty or poorly manufactured, we will take the following steps to resolve the issue:
Promptly inform our customer after-sales team of the issue, providing relevant details. They will quickly reach out to understand the problem and find a solution.
