If our current selection doesn’t meet your needs, share your specific use scenario via email or WhatsApp. We will send you a tailored product album for your consideration. Inform us of the quantity and the required delivery date, and our foreign trade manager will get in touch within an hour to provide expert advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.

Absolutely. All production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system to ensure product consistency. Every item is inspected 100% before packaging, followed by a QC random inspection before delivery, adhering to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Free spot samples are available, and for custom products, we offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer Protection for Advance Payments: What if the product is incorrect or poorly made?
Before production begins, we will sign a formal specification contract with you.
We offer multiple reliable payment methods.
Upon starting mass production, we will provide a proofing sample for your approval and adhere to the sample's production process.
Preferring pre-payment enables us to purchase raw materials, configure production lines, and allocate resources to meet your order efficiently, ensuring accurate delivery dates.
If you receive faulty or poorly manufactured products, we will take the following steps to resolve the issue:
