2. How to order?
If you don't find a style that suits your needs, please share your usage scenario via email or WhatsApp. We will send you a tailored product album to choose from. Kindly inform us of the product quantity and intended usage date. Our foreign trade manager will reach out within 1 hour to provide expert guidance.
3. What are your terms of payment?
A 50% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 50% balance due before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. All production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Our employees adhere to these stringent standards, ensuring product consistency. A 100% inspection is conducted before packaging, followed by random QC checks prior to delivery, in compliance with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we offer support for sample orders. Spot samples are available free of charge. For customized products, we can provide free proofing or waive mold fees, depending on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a formal specification contract with you before commencing production,
and provide multiple secure payment options.
Before mass production, a proofing sample will be provided for your approval, ensuring the final product aligns with the agreed specifications.
Our pre-payment requirement allows us to purchase raw materials, set up production lines, and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring timely manufacturing and accurate delivery schedules.
If you receive a faulty or poorly manufactured product, we will take the following steps to address the issue:
