2. How to order?
If you don't find a style you like, please share your use scenario via email or WhatsApp. We will send you a curated product album that suits your needs. Provide us with the product quantity and use date, and our foreign trade manager will reach out within 1 hour to offer expert advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Our production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. Our employees adhere to these standards to ensure product consistency. We conduct 100% inspections before packaging and random QC inspections before delivery, strictly following Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. Spot samples are offered free of charge, and we can provide free proofing or waive mold fees for customized products based on your order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will formalize our agreement with a detailed specification contract before starting production.

Upon initiation of mass production, we will provide a proofing sample for your approval and adhere strictly to the sample's production process.
