2. How to order?
If our current offerings do not meet your needs, kindly share your usage scenario through email or WhatsApp. We will promptly provide you with a tailored product catalog for your selection. 3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?

A 100% inspection is conducted before packaging, and QC performs random checks before shipment. All products adhere to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we cater to sample orders. We provide spot samples free of charge. For customized products, we offer free proofing or waive mold fees based on the order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will establish a formal specification contract with you before commencing production.
Multiple reliable payment methods will be provided.
Upon initiating mass production, we will present a proofing sample for your approval, and subsequent manufacturing will follow this approved sample.
Pre-payment is typically required to facilitate the procurement of raw materials, setup of production lines, and allocation of resources, ensuring timely manufacturing and accurate delivery schedules.
If the product received is faulty or poorly manufactured, we will undertake the following measures to rectify the issue:
