2. How to order?
If our existing styles do not fit your needs, simply inform us of your usage scenarios, and we will recommend a suitable product album for you. Provide us with details such as quantity, size, material, and usage date, and our foreign trade manager will contact you within an hour with professional advice.
3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. All production lines utilize an ERP quality management system, ensuring standard compliance and product consistency. Each product undergoes a 100% inspection before packaging and further random QC checks before delivery, in line with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we welcome sample orders. Stock samples are provided free of charge; customers only need to cover the shipping costs.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a formal specification contract with you prior to production.
Additionally, we offer multiple reliable payment methods to ensure security.
Before mass production, we will provide a proofing sample for your approval and follow that sample's production process.
Pre-payment is required to facilitate the purchase of raw materials, configure production lines, and allocate other resources, ensuring timely manufacturing and accurate delivery dates.
If the delivered product is faulty or poorly manufactured, we will undertake the following measures:
