3. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 50% deposit before production starts and the remaining 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?
Absolutely. Our production lines are integrated with an ERP quality management system. All products undergo 100% inspection before packaging and random QC checks before delivery, ensuring compliance with Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we welcome sample orders. Stock samples are provided free; customers only bear the shipping costs.
