3. What are your terms of payment?
50% deposit before production, 50% balance before delivery.
4. Quality control guarantee for large quantities of goods?

We conduct a 100% inspection before packaging and a final random QC check before delivery. All products are shipped according to Factory Standard 2134.
5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. We offer free spot samples and can provide free proofing or waive mold fees for custom products based on order quantity.
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
We will sign a formal specification contract with you before production commences.

Before mass production, you'll receive a proofing sample for approval. Production will follow the approved sample's process.
